Purchase Policy
Last Updated: December 2024
All Sales Final
Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase or advertised as part of a specific promotion, all purchases, including deposits, installments, partial payments, and purchases made under a payment plan, are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
By completing a purchase through CrickBuster USA Inc. (or any affiliated websites, platforms, or authorized partners), you ("Customer", "You") agree to be bound by this Purchase Policy. This policy forms a legally binding contract between you and CrickBuster USA Inc. (“CrickBuster,” “we,” “us,” “our”). If you are making a purchase on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to act on their behalf and agree that these terms also apply to them.
This policy governs all purchases made through CrickBuster’s official website, authorized ticketing partners, or by phone, email, or in person. It supplements our [Terms of Use], [Privacy Policy], and any specific event or platform-related terms and conditions.
If you purchase a package, ticket, or product for someone else, it is your responsibility to communicate these terms to all participants included in the purchase.
Payment Terms and Methods
CrickBuster USA Inc. accepts payments for its products and services in the following forms:
- Bank Transfer (in U.S. Dollars only): Full advance payment is required upon issuance of the invoice.
- Credit/Debit Card: Payments may be made using American Express, Visa, or MasterCard, and are accepted in USD, GBP, or EUR.
All credit and debit card transactions are processed via third-party merchant service providers. By initiating a transaction, you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor. We recommend that you review these policies prior to completing your transaction.
Note: CrickBuster reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking if payment is not received in full, if there is suspicion of fraud, or if your payment method is declined or reversed.
Transaction Terms, Access Rights & Right of Refusal
All Sales Are Final: Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued, and purchases are not redeemable for cash. In some cases, you may be eligible to request a name change on your booking or ticket; if permitted, this option will be communicated at the time of sale and may incur additional fees.
Payment Requirement: Full and timely payment of the total amount due is required before any tickets, deliverables, or services will be provided. CrickBuster USA Inc. (referred to as "CrickBuster") is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets or documents.
Changes After Purchase: Any request for modifications after your purchase is complete may result in additional charges and is subject to CrickBuster’s sole discretion. You are solely responsible for reviewing all event and purchase details before completing the transaction.
Access Rights & Conditions: Your purchase grants you conditional access to the designated event or service. CrickBuster reserves the right to revoke this access and deny entry or participation—without refund—if you violate these Terms, event rules, or applicable laws, or if your conduct is deemed by CrickBuster or any event or venue operator to be:
- disruptive
- illegal
- abusive or threatening
- unsafe or offensive
- in violation of venue or service policies
Venue Disclaimer: CrickBuster makes no warranties regarding the venue or event site, including but not limited to its condition or suitability. You accept all venues and services “as is.” Seat relocations or comparable service substitutions may occur at the discretion of the event or venue operator and do not entitle you to a refund.
No Resale or Commercial Use: Tickets and other components of your purchase may not be resold, transferred, or used for promotions, contests, sweepstakes, auctions, or other commercial activities without prior written approval from CrickBuster. Unauthorized resale or use voids your purchase and revokes any associated rights.
Chargebacks Prohibited: You agree not to seek a chargeback or other form of refund circumvention for any purchase made through CrickBuster. Attempting to do so may result in cancellation of your transaction and revocation of your access.
Payment Accuracy: You must provide valid, complete, and accurate billing information. You represent that you are authorized to use any credit card or payment method you submit. CrickBuster accepts major credit cards and other methods as may be listed at the time of purchase.
Credit Card Payments and Payment Plans
By making a purchase with a credit card, you give CrickBuster permission to charge your card immediately for the full amount or according to any payment schedule agreed upon at checkout.
You are responsible for any fees your bank or card provider may charge, including international transaction fees or overdraft charges. If you're purchasing from outside the U.S., your bank may convert the payment into your local currency and apply a conversion fee.
If you’re using a payment plan, your card on file will be charged automatically according to the dates outlined during purchase. If your card becomes invalid or is removed and we can’t process your payment, you’ll receive a 10-day notice via email. If payment isn’t made in that time, your order may be canceled, and any previous payments will be non-refundable.
Once your first payment is made, your price is locked in and won’t change. You can pay off your balance early without any fees or penalties. There are no interest charges for using a payment plan.
By using a payment plan, you agree not to dispute any charges (i.e., no chargebacks). If you do, we may cancel your purchase and refuse future sales.
Please note: Your total price may be higher than the face value of an event ticket due to additional services included in your purchase.
Taxes, Pricing, and Event Changes
Unless stated otherwise, the total price you pay includes all applicable sales and use taxes. You won’t be asked to pay extra taxes later unless required by a legitimate tax authority. However, if new taxes are imposed or existing taxes weren’t included and need to be paid later, you agree to cover them. If CrickBuster pays them on your behalf, you agree to reimburse us for the full amount, including any fees or penalties.
Event ticket prices may go up or down based on demand, but once your order is confirmed, your price is locked in. You won’t be charged more if prices increase later, and you won’t receive a refund if prices go down.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. If there’s a pricing error on our website and your order hasn’t been confirmed yet, it may be canceled and your card won’t be charged. If your order has already been confirmed, you’ll receive a full refund and can re-purchase the item at the correct price (if available).
All event times are shown in local time. Event dates, times, and venues are subject to change. Please check the official event website or your local listings to confirm event details before attending. CrickBuster isn’t responsible for notifying you of these changes.
If you're unable to use your ticket to gain entry to the event, you must get official proof from the venue showing that your ticket was invalid or unusable in order to request a refund.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Final Sale
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase, all sales, purchases, installments, deposits, and partial payments under a payment plan are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. This includes cancellations, no-shows, and failure to make any required payments, all of which may void your purchase without any refund. No refunds, exchanges, or cash redemption will be granted.
Travel Requirements and Documentation
If your event or package involves international travel, a valid passport and any required travel documents (e.g., visas, vaccinations) must be secured prior to purchase. Failure to obtain these documents will not entitle you to a refund. No refunds or exchanges will be provided due to personal inability to travel, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen personal circumstances.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
Crickbuster strongly recommends purchasing third-party travel insurance to protect against a wide range of potential issues, including supplier default, trip delays, missed connections, cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and more.
Travel insurance is not included in your package unless specifically noted. Purchasing travel insurance is not a requirement for booking, but without it, you understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless otherwise stated in writing. Crickbuster is not responsible for advising on the suitability or coverage of travel insurance, and additional charges apply for any selected insurance.
Duplicate Transactions
In the case of genuine duplicate purchases, customers must notify us within 15 days of the order date. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded, subject to booking and processing fee deductions, and processed within 30–45 days after the event.
Chargebacks and Dispute Attempts
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargeback request or dispute with your payment provider or credit card issuer. Any such attempt will be treated as a violation of this policy, and Crickbuster reserves the right to cancel any current or future orders and report such activity to relevant financial or legal authorities.
Fraudulent Disputes
Fraudulent chargebacks or dispute claims made with the intent to bypass this final sale policy may result in legal action, blacklisting from future purchases, and potential claims for damages.
Ticket Delivery and Pickup
You are responsible for collecting or accepting delivery of your tickets prior to the event. No refunds will be provided for uncollected or undelivered tickets if the pickup/delivery details were communicated via email, SMS, or phone.
Event Cancellations or Changes
Refunds will only be issued in the event of official cancellation of the event, and only as described under the terms relating to Match Postponement, Relocation, or Cancellation. Any refund granted will be processed via the original payment method, less applicable booking, administrative, or processing fees.
Behavior, Conduct, and Crowd Incidents
No refunds will be issued due to misconduct, behavior-related removals, or disturbances caused by others including hotel staff, transportation providers, fellow guests, or event attendees.
Minors and Transactions
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to purchase packages or conduct transactions on this platform.
Waiver of Refund Rights
You expressly waive any statutory or implied rights to cancellation, cooling-off periods, or refunds, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. By proceeding with the transaction, you acknowledge that all purchases are made with full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
Outstanding Balances
If you have outstanding balances owed to Crickbuster, Crickbuster reserves the right to withhold any refunds until all dues are cleared.
Non-Performance by Third Parties
Crickbuster is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including venues, airlines, hotels, or transport providers. No refund will be issued due to third-party cancellations, service failures, or dissatisfaction.

The cardholder is responsible for retaining proof of transaction records and for complying with Crickbuster’s policies and terms.

Any chargeback will be treated as a breach of this agreement.

- Your purchase represents a binding legal agreement, and all disputes must be resolved according to our published terms and governed by the laws of our jurisdiction.
Inventory and Category Orders
Inventory orders refer to tickets that are generally in stock at the time of your purchase. However, due to high demand and the non–real-time nature of our online inventory system, availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Placing an order through our website does not constitute a guarantee of ticket availability. All inventory orders are processed and fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. In the rare event that a selected ticket becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified, and options may be provided based on availability.
Category orders (also known as pre-orders) apply to events where tickets are not yet in physical inventory but are expected to be secured closer to the event date. These orders are accepted for general seating categories rather than specific seat locations. All pre-order ticket quantities are guaranteed in pairs unless otherwise noted. Tickets will be delivered as soon as they are received, which may be as late as the week of the event or, in rare cases, on the day of the event.
We make no guarantees regarding the specific date or time of ticket delivery, other than that delivery will occur prior to the event. Please refer to individual event pages or your order confirmation for delivery updates and timelines. Once your order is confirmed, a confirmation will be sent via email.

The delivery method applicable to your order will be communicated at the time of purchase or in the confirmation email. You are responsible for checking your email (including spam/junk folders) and SMS for delivery updates and instructions.

This may include, without limitation, agreements related to lodging, transportation, property rentals, venue entry, or any third-party supplier terms necessary to fulfill your purchase.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to execute and deliver such documents promptly upon request from Crickbuster or its designated representatives. By completing your Purchase, you expressly consent to all such searches and any applicable security protocols or procedures (collectively, “Protocols”) and irrevocably waive any and all claims arising therefrom.
If you withdraw your consent to such searches or fail to comply with any Protocols, Crickbuster reserves the right to deny you entry to the Event or remove you from the Event, without refund or further liability.

Governing Law, Disputes, Including Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Subject to the provisions of applicable law, this Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Crickbuster hereby expressly consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the Southern District of Florida for the adjudication or disposition of any claim, action, or dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Policy, You and Crickbuster hereby waive any and all rights to a judicial determination of any dispute or claims related to this Policy, including the right to trial by jury. Any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action between the parties arising out of or concerning this Policy or any alleged breach thereof by either party shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, except as otherwise provided below.
- You may assert claims in small claims court if your claims apply to that jurisdiction.
- In the event that the arbitration agreement in this Policy is for any reason held to be unenforceable, any litigation against Crickbuster (except for small claims court actions) may be commenced only in a federal or state court located within the Broward County, Florida, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.
This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), including its procedural provisions, in all respects. The FAA governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement, including the class action waiver discussed below. State arbitration laws do not apply in any respect.
The arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and is intended to be broadly interpreted. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this Policy, including, but not limited to, any claim that all or any part of this Policy is void or voidable. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited.
However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow this Policy as a court would.
The parties agree that any dispute or claim related to this Policy shall not be brought as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative action or proceeding against Crickbuster or any related parties. No arbitration or proceeding shall be combined with another without the prior written consent of all parties to all affected arbitrations or proceedings.
This arbitration agreement shall survive the termination of this Policy. The arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any disputes, including any claims that all or any part of this Policy is void or voidable.
BY MAKING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. You and Crickbuster agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Policy, the purchase, or any other transaction between you and Crickbuster will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, as set forth in this Policy, and not in a court of law.
We each agree that the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. Any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If this specific provision (the class action waiver) is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section will be null and void, and neither of us will be entitled to arbitrate our dispute.
If any provision of this Policy shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Policy and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Miscellaneous
Nothing contained in this Policy will be deemed to constitute either party as the agent or representative of the other party, or both parties as joint venturers or partners for any purpose. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights, if any, or obligations under this Policy. Crickbuster may assign its rights and duties under this Policy without such assignment being considered a change to the Policy and without notice to you.
The terms and conditions set forth in this Policy represent the entire understanding and agreement between you and Crickbuster relating to the precise subject matter herein and supersede any and all prior statements, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written, and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by Crickbuster. Any waiver of any provision of these terms must be in writing and signed by Crickbuster to be valid. A waiver of any provision hereunder shall not operate as a waiver of any other provision, or a continuing waiver of the same provision in the future.
If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms to be void or unenforceable for any reason, then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the court’s finding without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
